Terms of service

1. Service KeelTruth.com provides charter handover protocols, skipper marketplace, ratings, crew list preparation tools, and related content. Official crew registration with authorities remains the responsibility of the charter company and skipper. 2. Account You must provide a valid email, keep credentials secure, and be at least 14 years old (or the age required in your country). One person per account. 3. Acceptable use No unlawful content, harassment, spam, false ratings, scraping, or attempts to access others' private data. Do not upload others' passport data without their consent and a lawful basis. 4. Crew lists and identity data When you create a crew list or invite guests: - You confirm you collect guest data lawfully for the charter (contract with guests or their consent). - You will share exports only with the charter company and authorities as required. - KeelTruth is a technical processor for data you and your guests submit; we are not a charter agent or insurer. 5. Your content You retain rights to content you submit; you grant us a licence to host and display it as needed to run the service. Protocol photos and listings must respect others' privacy and copyright. 6. Liability The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for charter disputes, insurance claims, or incorrect manifests. You are responsible for verifying crew list accuracy against passports. 7. Termination We may suspend accounts for breach. You may delete your account via contact request; crew lists and encrypted document data will be removed per the privacy policy. 8. Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic unless mandatory consumer protection in your country requires otherwise.
